He completed his Pre-Registration year at a High Street practice and at James Paget University Hospital, Great Yarmouth, UK - Ophthalmology Dept., where he specialized in Retinal and Vascular diseases. During his hospital rounds in 2009-2010, Dr. Sandhar developed a keen interest in glaucoma, diabetic and macular degeneration diagnosis and treatment.
